Hire him, you won't have any regrets. My mitigation company overcharged me, he got the amount reduced. The adjuster missed more than half the damages incurred, but Rich found and reported this to the insurance company. Once the office insurance adjuster realized Rich would not let him under compensate me, he became just plain nasty. Rich was able to ensure that I received the appropriate amount (four times what was offered) to make me "whole", which is the purpose of insurance. He knows things the insurance company hopes you don't find out. Best decision I made was to hire him to fight for me. Rich was worth every penny he charged.
